At ArtivoCollectibles, we curate and sell unique, second-hand, and collectible sculptures. Due to the rarity and pre-owned nature of these items, we maintain a strict but fair returns and refunds policy designed to protect both buyers and sellers. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Final Sale Policy
Unless otherwise stated below, all sales are final.
Because our items are rare, pre-owned collectibles, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Market value fluctuations after purchase

Minor variations in color, texture, patina, or wear consistent with age and prior ownership

Personal expectations not aligned with the item description or images provided
2. Eligible Returns & Refunds
We will accept returns and issue refunds only under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Item Received
You received a sculpture different from the one ordered. -
Material Misrepresentation
The item materially differs from its online description (for example: undisclosed major damage or missing components). -
Damage During Shipping (Insured Shipments Only)
The item arrives damaged and shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.
3. Claim Timeframe
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
4. Required Documentation
To initiate a claim, customers must provide:

Clear photographs of the item from multiple angles

Close-up images of any damage or discrepancies

Photographs of the original packaging (if applicable)

A written explanation describing the issue
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in claim denial.
5. Review & Refund Process
If your claim is approved:

You will receive return instructions via email

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method

Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent), return shipping costs will be covered by ArtivoCollectibles

In all other approved cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
ArtivoCollectibles is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
7. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

In the same condition as received

Returned with all original packaging, documentation, certificates, and accessories (if applicable)
Items that are altered, damaged after delivery, or improperly packaged will not qualify for a refund.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Custom-commissioned or made-to-order sculptures

Discounted or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer
9. Shipping Without Insurance
If shipping insurance is declined at checkout, ArtivoCollectibles is not liable for damage incurred during transit.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for uninsured shipments.
