Welcome to ArtivoCollectibles. By accessing our website, browsing our collection, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Goods

All items sold by ArtivoCollectibles are pre-owned, second-hand, vintage, or collectible sculptures.

Due to their age and prior ownership, items may display signs of wear, patina, or imperfections consistent with their history and use. These characteristics are considered inherent to collectible and vintage works.

We make every reasonable effort to present accurate descriptions and high-quality images to reflect each item’s condition. However, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, screen displays, or natural aging.

By purchasing from ArtivoCollectibles, you acknowledge and accept the inherent characteristics of collectible, second-hand artworks.

2. Authenticity & Provenance

ArtivoCollectibles takes authenticity seriously. Each item is reviewed and evaluated to the best of our knowledge prior to listing.

Where available, provenance information—including artist details, origin, date, or ownership history—is provided alongside supporting documentation.

Due to the historical and unique nature of certain pieces, complete provenance may not always be available. Replicas are not sold unless explicitly stated in the product description.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without prior notice.

Pricing reflects factors such as rarity, condition, market demand, and artistic or collectible value.

Promotions, discounts, or special offers are limited in duration and are not retroactive.

4. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers, including credit/debit cards, PayPal.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.

ArtivoCollectibles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or payment irregularities.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All sculptures are professionally packaged to ensure safe shipment.

Shipping fees, applicable taxes, duties, and optional shipping insurance are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ArtivoCollectibles is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and collectible nature of our items, all sales are generally final.

Returns or refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

• An incorrect item was shipped

• The item arrived damaged during transit and shipping insurance was purchased

• The item materially differs from its description

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

ArtivoCollectibles shall not be liable for:

• Minor variations in appearance due to photography, lighting, or natural aging

• Shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers

• Changes in market value after purchase

In all cases, ArtivoCollectibles’ maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, descriptions, logos, branding, and media, is the exclusive property of ArtivoCollectibles.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada

10. Amendments

ArtivoCollectibles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
